Word Of Life Behavioral Health, LLC (WOL) was formed out of a passion for helping those in need to improve behaviorally, socially and spiritually. Many lives have been touched, changed and empowered by the unique skills and strategies offered at WOL. WOL is rising in its area as a leading facility to provide mental and behavioral health treatment to children, adolescents, adults and families.

We provides trained Licensed Professional Counselors and offer a diverse staff to meet most client preferences.

Staff
This is Terry B. Miller. His hometown is Augusta, GA. He has a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and he is near the completion of his Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership. He is also a certified trainer for the 'Love & Logic' Institute which promotes Positive Parenting methods using Logic and Love principles. Mr. Miller considers himself to be a Motivational Life Coach. He has been providing behavioral and mental health services for 20 years, and is the founder and CEO of Word of Life Behavioral Health, LLC. Mr. Miller started WOL out of a passion to help those with mental health and behavioral challenges. Mr. Miller believes that he has a gift of helping children, adolescence, and adults. He strives to make sure that the company provides the highest level of Clinical Care. His ultimate goal is to provide a comprehensive clinical practice that is able to treat all mental and behavioral disorders.
This is Karen Alvenia Johnson. Her hometown is Bronx, NY, but she currently lives in North Augusta, SC. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Counselor Education and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling both from South Carolina State University. She is also a certified LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in both South Carolina and Georgia. She has been providing behavioral and mental health counseling services for 36 years. Ms. Johnson started working at WOL when she was recruited by Mr. Terry Miller to be the co-founder. She strives to make sure all clinical operations are at optimal levels, and she has a great joy for helping clients by determining their mental health and behavioral needs. Her ultimate goal is to see the company achieve a high level of success before retiring.
